Meet Your New Mentor

Hi there! My name is Chauncey Pelzer and I love encouraging people by sharing my own love and light.  God is my Source, and apart from Him I can do nothing.  I’m a Wife, Mama, and Founder of The Light Mastermind.  I help Christian women identify who they are in God and transition to living and embracing their values.  This allows them to create more joy personally & professionally, upgrade their self worth, and dial into their amazing pre-destined ability by God to fulfill their purpose on this planet.

 

I understand this first hand because after coaching others through transition for almost 20 years in Sales & Human Resources - I did this for myself in the midst of a pandemic - with a new baby! (Only by the grace of God!:)

 

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA with a concentration in Ethical Leadership from Marist College.  I’m a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and enjoy showing up authentically to serve in my church and community.
